Without limiting the preceding sentence, Baazi247 shall be entitled to close or suspend your account we consider that you have used the Website in a fraudulent manner or for illegal and/or unlawful or improper purposes;

Account will be in dormant form if you have not logged in for the last two months. In case of dormant account activation please contact customer support. The account can be closed in case of duplicate accounts, underage gaming, and fraudulent/restricted activities on the website and upon player requests.

2.6. Your Obligation as User

You may only open one Account on Our Website. We retain the right to close any duplicate Accounts.

If you open or attempt to open more than one Account, for whatever reason, we may block or close any or all of Your Accounts at Our discretion. We may also at our discretion void all the bets that have been placed in any of your accounts. Should we decide to leave one account open, it will be the first Account that you opened with Us, to which your remaining deposits, if any, will be transferred. We will deduct an administrative fee of 10% (minimum amounts listed below) for every other Account You opened as well not like any other deductions that may apply in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, the minimum administrative fees shall be the thirty Euro(€30) or the approximate equivalent thereof in the currency of the territory in which you are resident.

You declare that you are over 18 years of age or comply with a higher minimum legal age as stipulated in the jurisdiction of your residence under the laws applicable to you. It is your sole responsibility to know whether online gambling is legal in your country of residence. It is a criminal offense to gamble whilst being underage.

You are solely responsible for Your Account details. This includes but shall not be limited to the username and password and/or any other means to access Your Account via the respective Website. You may not use funds that are tainted or associated with any illegality and, in particular, funds that originate from any illegal activity or source. We moreover reserve the right to ban a Player, close an Account and confiscate all funds therein where that Player is reasonably suspected of engaging in fraudulent activities which include, but are not limited to: the use of stolen or falsified credit cards or account numbers, chip dumping, forgery, collusion, and the submission of data or documents which are forged, stolen or otherwise misappropriated.

You should only deposit money into your account, for the purpose of you using such money to place bets/wagers on the Website. Winnings from settled bets/wagers are added to the balance of your betting account. Any funds/winnings credited to an account in error are not available for use, and Baazi247 reserves the right to void any transactions involving such funds and/or withdraw the relevant amount from your account and/or reverse the transaction, either at the time or retrospectively.

Baazi247 does not allow any employee, anyone else in any way connected to such employee or anyone otherwise connected to a third party service provider (to be determined in Baazi247's absolute discretion) to bet/wager on any market or event where the third-party service provider is providing a service to Baazi247. Baazi247 will void any bet/wager where it determines in its absolute discretion that such betting/wagering has taken place.

Where the Website contains links to third-party websites and resources, these links are provided for your information only. Baazi247 has no control over the content of these sites or resources and accepts no liability for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. The inclusion of a link to a third-party website does not constitute an endorsement of that third party's website, product, or services (if applicable).
